Below you'll find a list of links to on-line books and on-line versions of books.
The site of Macmillan Computer Publishing has acquired an exciting new option: your Personal Bookshelf. You can have up to five active books on-line, and you can change books at any time. Books remain active in your personal bookshelf for 90 days.
You'll need to register first: you can go to the MCP Personal Bookshelf Registration page to do so. Check categories Web programming and Programming to have Java books (and others) in the lists to choose from. You'll receive an email with a one-time-only password and further instructions to confirm your registration. After that, just go to Personal Bookshelf to choose and view your chosen books on-line.
Also, the developer.com's online reference library now has quite a few on-line Java books which you'll find listed here. Lots of books!
There is currently no Bet@Book about Java available at McGraw-Hill; I advise you to regularly check
theck their Beta Books site to see what's there!
